Does staring at a computer screen for too long damage your vision?
I work 40 hours a week... And am staring at a computer screen most of those hours. I occasionally get headaches and wonder if it's because of my screen staring. I realize you're supposed to take breaks and look away. Should I get an eye exam? Is this
most companies that have people who work at computer stations all day long are required to allow the employee time away from the computer several times during the day
