Dell Latitude D505 Specs.?

Hi all,
I am about to purchase a Dell Latitude D505 with the following specs,
Dell Latitude D505 Wireless Pentium M Centrino 1.6Ghz Notebook,
40GB Hard drive (Upgradeable)
512MB Ram memory (upgradeable)
DVD/CDRW Burner

I've got a dell latitude d510 and it's almost identical to a 505.
Mine has been working great for 2 years up until last month or so.
Then I needed to replace the battery and it's falling apart like the keys are coming off and the plug in

My New Dell Latitude D505

It booted in 23.7 Seconds.
