how can i make a call from my computer to a phone number but free?

if i am in egypt,how can i call any phone number in egypt from my computer throw the internet?

no....most of the free sites have closed down, or are so crummy that you hardly can hear the other party!!!

but, if you really want something cheap....get voice.yahoo.com for just a few dollars you can get crystal clear voice call....
