Need an affordable computer system for a 50 seat BYOB Bistro restaurant. Suggestions?

Looked at Dell and Aldelo. Don't need a bunch of bells and whistles. What works at your place?

You'd need a "professional" to come in and install the hubs & routers, security systems and other applications. Better check with some Internet providers too and find out what you'll need for a feed system also.
